Just in time for September, four more Library of Arabic Literature titles are officially publishing today. The first copies came off-press earlier this month, but they are officially on sale starting today.  (iPad versions will be available for sale in a few weeks.) Of course, we are delighted with these new books, not only for the literary and historical merits of these texts, but for the virtuoso work done by the editor-translators. They certainly give a flavor of the stylistic, generic, and chronological variety of texts we are aiming for with the series. The new books are:

This brings the total of published Library of Arabic Literature titles up to seven. Congratulations to Mssrs. Cooperson, Davies, van Gelder and Schoeler!
