For anyone in Dubai or thereabouts, we will be hosting a public event at the Kinokuniya Bookstore, one of the largest bookstores in the Emirates, on December 12 at 7PM. LAL board members will be presenting a panel entitled “Library of Arabic Literature: Championing A Heritage.” And of course, our books will be there for sale as well.

The event is free and open to the public, but you can register ahead of time here at the NYU Abu Dhabi site. If you’re in Dubai, please come by: we’d love to see you in person!
